I had my fence installed maybe 5 years ago. I added two more dogs to the family. Chris was very responsive to my needs for new collars all are great quality and when I needed new flags, he was very accommodating. We’ve been using Chris for over 10 years now and his service has been the same since day one. This company I called because they were local. They responded quickly and were at my home a few days later to install this dog fencing. Chris was very informative and the price was extremely reasonable. Dan was the installer who took care of my uneven yard with some hilly spots. He trained my dog and us on the use of the system. Great guys to work with; money well spent!
Chris and his team went above and beyond to provide my dogs with a great space to run free in. We have a very hilly terrain yard and within an hour the fence was installed. Daniel also was very kind and gentle with helping both dogs adapt to the fence and walked me through training them to the boundaries! Highly recommend this company!
Chris & his son laid the wire with corresponding flags and installed the power box grid. Upon completion, he trained our pup with our help to show us how it should be done over the next week. Chris was friendly, informative, & helpful.
After getting lots of information and estimates from other dog fence companies we ultimately decided to go with Dog Guard and could not have been more pleased with the service. Chris listened to what I had to say about the personality of my dog and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. The install was easy and my dog caught on quickly and was trained very fast. Chris followed up to make sure the training was going well and that we were happy with everything. About a month after we had the fence installed, we had an incident where our neighbor's destructive 4 wheeler riding cut through the fence and it stopped working. When I called Chris in a panic, he was there to talk me through what the next steps were. We were able to located the break and Chris immediately provided us with a repair kit so that we could fix the fence ourselves. We would recommend Dog Guard to anyone looking for an electric dog fence for their dog. They are absolutely fabulous!
Chris installed it in a couple of hours, a trainer came over to get Kasper familiar with the fence and get us going, and made sure to keep the collar in a safe spot, Kasper chewed it up once. I’d highly recommend this invisible fence. Chris also put it in my neighbor's yard on my recommendation, she was ready to spend big money on a wood fence to keep her new dogs yarded. Her dogs were trained within a day or two and they’re out front all day long. All good.
